1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lawinph website, any associated mobile-optimized interface, and all services, games, and features offered therein at lawinph.vip.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the lawinph Platform.
• "Player Wallet" or "Balance" means the unified fund balance held within your lawinph Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonus amounts.
• "Real Money Game" means any game played on the lawinph Platform in which funds from your Player Wallet are staked and outcomes result in real monetary wins or losses.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or similar non-cash incentives credited to your Account by lawinph, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to authenticate Account holders and comply with applicable laws.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the lawinph Platform is illegal or requires a specific license not held by lawinph.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the lawinph Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms in full, including all policies incorporated herein by reference;
• You have read and agree to the lawinph Privacy Policy, available at lawinph.vip/privacy-policy;
• You have read and agree to the lawinph Responsible Gaming Policy, available at lawinph.vip/responsible-gaming;
• All information you have provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You understand that online gaming involves risk of financial loss.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the lawinph Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the lawinph Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Participation by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing lawinph is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Personal Use: You must be playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion order at the time of access.

4 Account Registration

To access Real Money Games on lawinph, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the lawinph Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether using different names, mobile numbers, e-mail addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number, must be accurate and correspond to your actual identity. lawinph is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information.
• KYC Verification: lawinph may require you to complete KYC identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, Philippine Passport, and Driver's License. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to another person.
• Non-Professional Use: Accounts are for personal entertainment only. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain unfair advantage over other players or the Platform is strictly prohibited.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lawinph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including persons claiming to represent lawinph. lawinph staff will never request your password.
• Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity, unless lawinph has been negligent in its own security obligations.
• You must notify lawinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting customer support.
• lawinph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• lawinph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of protection.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

lawinph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Currency: All transactions on lawinph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Minimum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as specified on the deposit page. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. lawinph may request evidence that the payment method belongs to you.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Accounts. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. lawinph reserves the right to apply a pending period on winnings derived from certain promotional offers.
• Anti-Money Laundering: Deposits may not be made with the intention of transferring funds without gaming activity. Depositing funds and requesting immediate withdrawal without gaming — commonly referred to as "money laundering through a gaming platform" — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits reflect instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within 5–60 minutes. Withdrawal processing times are as stated on the withdrawal page. lawinph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7 Wagering & Game Rules

By placing a wager on any game available on the lawinph Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Game Rules: Each game on the lawinph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. lawinph is not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules.
• Finality of Results: All game results are final once a round has settled. Settled results cannot be reversed, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction attributable to lawinph's systems.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error or malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game round, lawinph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player Wallet. lawinph is not liable for any winnings generated during a demonstrable technical malfunction.
• Interrupted Connections: If your internet connection is interrupted after a bet has been placed and accepted by the Platform, the bet remains valid. Results will be recorded and your balance updated when you reconnect.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and table on lawinph has defined minimum and maximum wager limits, which are displayed within the game interface. lawinph reserves the right to modify table limits at any time.
• Responsible Wagering: You accept that online gaming involves an inherent house edge and that you may lose your wagered funds. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

lawinph may from time to time offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional incentives to registered Players. The following general rules apply to all promotions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15× means you must wager the bonus amount fifteen times). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. The eligible game list and contribution rates are stated in each promotion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Creating multiple Accounts to claim a promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lawinph Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or service on the Platform in a manner not available to standard users;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multi-player games;
• Using fraudulent payment methods or chargeback fraud (disputing a deposit with your payment provider while retaining the resulting Account balance);
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including circumventing Account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation related to events on which you are placing wagers;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification information to lawinph;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order;
• Using any VPN, proxy, or other technology to conceal your true geographic location for the purpose of bypassing jurisdictional restrictions.

10 Responsible Gaming

lawinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming in the Philippine market. We provide the following tools, accessible from every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.

• Cool-Down Periods: You may request a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day temporary suspension of your Account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the lawinph Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, images, and audio — is the exclusive property of lawinph or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lawinph Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from lawinph.

The lawinph name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of lawinph. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lawinph's liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• lawinph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• lawinph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• lawinph shall not be liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, regulatory changes, acts of government, or force majeure events;
• lawinph is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information (e.g., sports event results reported through third-party data feeds) where such information is relied upon in good faith and any inaccuracy is not attributable to lawinph's negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits lawinph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

lawinph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending withdrawals or balance amounts, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• lawinph suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software in connection with your Account;
• You have provided false or unverifiable registration information;
• You have opened multiple Accounts;
• You are found to be below the required age of 21;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate Account closure;
• You have requested self-exclusion or are subject to an exclusion order.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or policy violations may be forfeited. Where closure is not attributable to a breach by you, lawinph will return any verified real-money balance after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds not yet withdrawn.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lawinph customer support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after applicable processing.

14 Amendments to These Terms

lawinph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lawinph will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed upon your next login to the lawinph Platform;
• An SMS notification to your registered mobile number;
• Publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the lawinph Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the lawinph Platform shall be resolved in the following order:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first raise the dispute with lawinph customer support, providing a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. lawinph will endeavor to resolve the dispute within 15 business days.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution process.
3. Legal Proceedings: If the dispute is not resolved through the foregoing processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
